Knight Vision Productions is a custom event production service, woman-owned, based in San Francisco, California, specializing in worldwide marketing and promotional launches and activations, and both small and large scale events. We work in the industries of entertainment, technology, social activism and the fine arts.

A music showcase breaking Universal Music Group's new roster including Billie Eilish, Jacob Banks and Marianne Hill, Knight Vision took over the fabulous Antone’s in Austin, TX. From a PUMA seeding suite to a Vanity Fair photo booth, we executed a VIP lounge experience, merch store, listening parties and hosted panel discussions.

INTERNATIONAL TECH LAUNCH
Time and space were no match for this product launch that included daily calls with clients in China, an outstanding, custom build-out, and a compressed timeline with overnight production— all within a world-renowned, public museum.

THE DECADE
We took over Austin's Native Hostel during SXSW Film Festival to celebrate 10 years of Vimeo’s famed Staff Picks. We overhauled the space to represent an old school movie house, and custom-built eight immersive “theaters” themed to each Staff Pick film. The event spanned three days of guests, parties, and programming.

U.S. CONFERENCE OF MAYORS
Alongside partners E2K, Knight Vision curated and produced family events within the conference, providing an essential San Francisco experience for the guests. This national event included a walk across the Golden Gate Bridge, brunch on the Bridge Plaza, and a curated tour through Golden Gate Park including the AIDS Memorial, Botanical Gardens and Japanese Tea Garden, and breakfast at the world-renowned De Young Museum.

DIPLO'S MAD DECENT BLOCK PARTY
We have logged many, many miles across the US and Canada with Diplo’s Mad Decent Block Party. It all began in 2012, when we toured together with the PUMA Social Club as the title sponsor. In 2014, we were brought in for 23 cities, and eventually managed all on-site sponsorship.

MEGAN KNIGHT
FOUNDER
As an East Bay Area native, Megan grew up on a ranch run by four generations of women in Northern California. The work ethic stuck (rural life not so much) and she landed in New York City at 18, beginning her career in events. Megan now has well over a decade of large scale event planning and production leadership experience, having partnered with a venerable client list with unique project environments and design. Now commissioned worldwide and based in San Francisco, her free time is spent back at the ranch.
